It is a man made lake. A perfect for an evening stroll with children, cycling or jogging. It is surrounded by unique buildings in Putrajaya. Occasionally you can see boats cruising the lake.

Putrajaya Lake Activities

Lots of fun activities such as renting bikes, lake cruise, hot balloon or its also a great place to stroll around enjoying Putrajaya architecture and landscaping. If you are a fitness freak, its a great place for running, jogging and do some exercise at the parks. There are also cafes, few attraction on the lake side.

There is a cruise down this lake with a stunning view of the pink Putrajaya mosque and the Seri Wawasan Bridge and Perdana Putra (Prime Minister’s office) Tickets can be purchased in advance.

# Seri Perdana bridge

The Seri Perdana Bridge is a 370-metre-long bridge which is built across the Putrajaya Lake in Putrajaya, Malaysia’s federal administrative centre. It is based on royal Islamic architectural design.

# Seri Saujana Bridge

The bridge’s design is a unique combination of a symmetric cable-stayed structure and a through-arch bridge; the through-arch bridge portion is reminiscent of a slender version of the Sydney Harbour Bridge in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

# Putra Bridge

# Putrajaya Monorail bridge

Monorail Suspension Bridge was built to link several important landmarks in the Putrajaya area like the Putrajaya Convention Centre, Putra Mosque and the Government Administrative Complex in Parcel E. The stalled project has often been described as the missing link of the public transport system designed for the federal administrative capital.
